Atlanta Wildlife Removal

Welcome to Attic Kings Inc.! We are your #1 choice for humane Atlanta wildlife removal. Not only do we treat all animals and wildlife humanely, but we are top experts in the field of getting rid of them (exclusion). What that means is that the animals who pester you will not be able to make their way back into your home.
As Georgia’s top company for wildlife removal, we service Atlanta and all of the surrounding areas. We will explain our services, inspections, and our method for completing the job. We will also let you know about warranties, guarantees, and exclusions. More information can be found here about the most common species of wildlife that might be invading your home. These vermin wreak havoc in your crawlspace, walls, chimney, attic, or basement in the southeastern region of the United States.

Even though we pride ourselves on being consummate professionals, we sometimes must play humane games to get the animals out of your home. We validate that the area is animal-proofed for good to keep them out of the house permanently.

More About Attic Kings

Attic Kings began January 13, 2013, and we are an animal removal and exclusion company that uses all-natural resources to complete our job.
Our founder’s name is J.J. Younts. All Attic Kings technicians are experienced and licensed, wildlife trappers. Our team specializes in the humane and efficient removal of all wildlife that invades your home. From flying squirrels, squirrels, and rats to birds, bats, raccoons, snakes, opossums, and many more.

The animals listed above are the wildlife species that can most typically be found in our region. However, the list of actual invasive wildlife species can include far more, even in our area.

Here at Attic Kings, we perform thorough, top-to-bottom inspections. These inspections are first done to identify and plan for the type of wildlife issue you’re having.
Animal waste, entry points, and burrowing or tunneling through the insulation are important and telling clues for us to find.

Nests are commonly located in the soffits, between the fascia and gutters of the roof. Travel patterns are often found in the insulation inside your attic. We sometimes find frame damage and inside attic roof damage. Along with chewed wires, and even ridge vents that may be gnarled or chewed by tiny teeth, and any other evidence that wildlife leaves behind.

The inspection will tell us where and how the animals are traveling to and from inside your crawl space, attic walls, or basement. This allows us to tailor a solution for your specific wildlife removal and exclusion needs.

We inspect to see where most of the waste is concentrated. This piece of evidence will tell us what type of animal proofing and exclusion process must be performed for your home. More importantly, this lets us know where the pesky wildlife is coming into your home! Not to go all CSI, but we kind of treat it like a crime scene. From here, your technician will evict the animals from your home in a  fast, safe, and humane manner – all because they understand the problem.

Sometimes traps are necessary to catch the wildlife outside. In some instances, we will use the traps to help expedite the eviction process inside. Typically, escape tunnels are the premier option. These allow the wildlife to exit freely, but not reenter. These exit tunnels are available in many sizes, for all different wildlife exits or entry points. Our tunnels are handcrafted on-site by any one of our Atlanta wildlife removal technicians.

a rat in an atticThe entry point’s size or type of animal will dictate what size tunnel you will need. Once tunnel installation is complete, we will perform the exclusion, from top to bottom. From sealing all holes, gaps, and cracks to securing all pipes, doorways, and vents. Now the installation is complete. We must wait for two to 14 days for everything to take effect. Now all nuisance wildlife has hit the road, permanently! Rats and mice can take longer sometimes because they are actually cannibalistic, and will eat their own species to survive. We then ask customers to be patient for about a month for rats, while will check the traps periodically until all rats are gone. You’ll notice the pitter-pattering sounds have stopped once the house is fully animal-proofed. Your home will then be under our option to renew and utilize our lifetime guarantee program. Meaning we will service, trap, or seal if any other problem should arise. Both of these are renewable for a fee.

We don’t bill you, call you, or bug you. Just give us a call on the anniversary month that your guarantee is expiring and we will renew it. Once the wildlife is gone and you’re happy with our service, we are able to return and give you a quote on the attic spot cleaning. Whatever you might need, we don’t waste time cleaning anything up until we know all animals are gone for good. Your home will be as animal-free as it was when it was built. Testimonials

I had a bat problem in my attic gable vent. The crew listened to my needs, recommended a fix and installed it. They were an excellent choice for my problem. I would call them again!

Jonathan and his crew were very professional and took care of our huge critter problem. He did several follow-up visits to make sure the traps were working and was always available to answer my questions. They were a pleasure to work with and worth every dollar.

Donna W.

I had a bad squirrel problem in my attic, so I called Attic Kings. They came out to do an inspection and found out how the pests were getting in. They installed one of their tunnels and within days, they were gone. It has been over a year since Attic Kings have gotten rid of my squirrel problem and the animals haven’t been back since.
